crazy monsoons!

i went to Agra and when i arrived it started raining really hard. so i spent about 3 hours in a restaurant chatting with some British girls. when the rain stopped it was overcast so I decided to hang out with 2 of the girls instead of going to the Taj Mahal right away. We walked around town and basically just sat in restaurants drinking pop all day. It was nice. We met a Korean girl who I made plans to meet the next day to do some sight seeing with. I went to the Taj Mahal in the morning, took lots of pictures and met up with the girl. We got a horse carriage to the Agra Fort which was really fun, checked out the Agra fort, there was a section closed off to tourists where Indian actors where shooting scenes for a movie, that was pretty neat to see.
then we went back to my little restaurant hangout next to my hotel and had lunch (which i could barely eat since i'm still super sick). as we were sitting there the TV was on Indian news and we caught a glimpse of a city covered in water, water almost covering cars the tops of cars! I asked the guy working in the restaurant where that was and he said it was Mumbai! where i had a ticket booked for the next morning. We went to the train station immediately to cancel my reservation, turns out all trains to Mumbai were cancelled and all flights out of there are cancelled. so i decided to head back to Dehli that night since I know dehli is dry and I also know that the Emirate Airlines office is here and I am going to see about changing my flight. Not sure if it's possible but i''ll find out soon. i've been so sick this past week that I'd like to leave ASAP.
the only seats left on the train to Dehli were expensive ones and I took it. it turned out that we got a meal included (which i couldn't really eat) btu it was very nice and having A/C that worked was wonderful. i managed to get asked out for lunch by the Sikh guy sitting next to me. when i got back to Dehli i headed straight back to my trusted Hari Krishna Guest House. I got the last room, it was 11:20pm and collapsed. Before going to bed I looked in teh mirror and noticed I had completely broken out in zits! My face is so hideous! It must have been a combo of the extreme humidity in Agra and being sick. it's already a bit better today.
