ghetto campsite

so now that i've spent a few days here i'll tell you more about the campsite.
it is pretty ghetto. this morning our propane for the stove ran out. that was refilled later but there was no milk for cereal. i had greek yoghurt which is a little different and cornflakes. stuff like this regularly happens at camp. our outhouses haven't been emptied since i arrived. they are full to the max and i've gone out this afternoon so that i can avoid having to use them this afternoon.
this morning i had beach patrol duty for 4 hours. me and bronwen patrolled the beach and told people where not to put their towels and sun umbrellas. most people are friendly but some ignore us which is so rude. i think people think we are trying to sell them something. the guy that rents out sunbeds gave us iced coffees (greek style) which is instant coffee, water and sugar. pretty gross.
the organization rents the campsite from an olive tree farmer. it is right next to the road. the first night i found it hard to sleep. i listened to cars and dogs bark all night. but now that i've been spending everyday in the sun, and not because i want to, i am pretty exhausted by the end of hte day. i fall alseep no problem.
tonigt i'm making dinner with bronwen for the camp. half the crew has gone to a bunker we have at another location so we;re cooking for about 10 people. i've decided we should make knocci and sauce (unsure of spelling), i will not be editing these for spelling, punctuatiuon or grammar, wastes too much time. time = money! the guy here gives our group a discounts for the internet last time but i'm not sure if that's everytime. if it is i'll be here every few days.
i think i will be reading lots of novels here. there really isn't that much to do on this island if i'm not working.
